At Release Fitness CT located in Enfield, Connecticut we offer a variety of exciting Zumba® classes. Zumba® is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy, and it is a great alternative to traditional fitness programs. It is a feel-good exercise that is great for both the body and mind. Zumba® consists of Latin and International music dances themes that create a dynamic and exciting fitness system.  Our Zumba® classes uses the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning, and body toning.

During our Wednesday Zumba® class, which takes place at 6pm, you will learn a mixture of body sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps. Zumba® is for everyone looking for a fun and energizing workout where you can tone up and lose weight while learning dance moves.
