At Release Fitness CT, as your Connecticut personal trainer our mission is to take you from your current fitness level to your dream body as quickly as possible. We provide you with the critical tools for keeping the physique you want for the long-term. As your personal trainer we genuinely care about what we do, we firmly believe that your dream body should be built for long-term sustainability and should withstand the ultimate test of time.
Each new client will receive an intake evaluation with Release Fitness owner Sean McDonald. During this evaluation he will assess your current fitness level and define your fitness goals. Sean will then create a personlized training program just for you.
Workouts are done in a small group setting while focusing on your individual fitness goals. We take pride in creating a comfortable and supportive environment for all of our clients.
